Customer Relations Representative

**As a Customer Relations Representative, you will act as the first point of contact for our customers. You play a key role in delivering the best possible customer experience and act as an ambassador for both Toyota and Lexus.**
- Together with your colleagues, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
- You offer the most appropriate answers and contribute to customer satisfaction by providing an answer to the customers within the desired timeframe.
- You look for the right answers with colleagues or with the dealer network and follow up the question, problem or complaint until it is fully dealt with.
- You collect and log all information in the appropriate systems.
- You work closely together with our dealer network, the customer service of Toyota Motor Europe and our internal specialists.
- You actively participate in customer satisfaction projects (e.g. satisfaction surveys).
- You will report to the Customer Relations Manager.
**We are looking for someone who**
- preferably has a first experience in a similar position.
- is bilingual French/Dutch (spoken and written) and has a good knowledge of English.
- has an interest in the automotive sector.
- works in a structured and accurate way and can keep an overview.
- is stress resistant.
- has strong listening and communication skills and has the ability to remain calm in all circumstances when dealing with the customer.
- thinks in solutions, not in problems.
- has a positive mindset and is a team player.
