**Customer Service Representative - France**
**Role location - Zaventem, Brussels**

As Customer Service Representative you will provide administrative support within EU South - France region for all Hologic products. You will help to troubleshoot and resolve issues to avoid disruption to customer orders, while contributing to continuous improvement of our processes.
**Primary Duties**
- Process customer orders on Hologic’s Oracle business system for France region.
- Generate and analyse reports of daily operations (i.e. shipments) to proactively prevent errors.
- Arrange deliveries to, and collections from, customer sites through 3rd party couriers and liaise with our warehouse regarding inbound and outbound activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant Hologic products, including pricing and product codes.
**Key skills, attributes and experience**
- Customer Service experience in a B2B environment
- Fluency in English and French is essential
- Assertive attitude, enthusiastic to learn, forward thinking, open to unexpected challenges, and able to think on your feet
- Ability to work under pressure to short deadlines, good organisational and prioritising skills
- Knowledge of Customer Service systems and databases
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
