- Als **UX/UI designer**bij De Lijn ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het UI design van nieuwe digitale producten en/of verbeter je de gebruikerservaring van bestaande applicaties.- Je schetst gebruikerflows in low fidelity wireframes op basis van de functionele requirements.Je kan zowel low als high fidelity UI designs maken- Je bouwt prototypes voor gebruikersonderzoek en usability testings.- Je denkt actief mee en deelt jouw kennis met je teamgenoten en andere stakeholders om tot onderbouwde resultaten te komen.- Je werkt volgens de regels van de kunst en bezit een overtuigend portfolio waarin je passie voor design en skillset voor zich spreken.- Je komt terecht in een innovatieve en gedreven organisatie, met een no-nonsense cultuur en veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng en creativiteit.
**Hard skills**- Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring met UI design- Je hebt oog voor detail.- Je hebt ervaring met het beheren/optimaliseren van een Design Language System.- Je hebt ervaring met tools zoals: Figma, Adobe CS, Miro, Jira, Confluence- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands
**Soft skills**- Je hebt een agile mindset.- Je bent gedreven en leergierig, en staat steeds open voor een nieuwe uitdaging.- Je bent een echte teamplayer- Je werkt planmatig en gestructureerd.- Je bent proactief en weet van aanpakken.

Daarnaast zijn er ook glijdende uren. Voor overleg en de aansturing van jouw team verwachten we je wel één à twee keer per week in ons hoofdkantoor in Mechelen.
