Doel van de functie:

- Opvolging van technische installaties voor oplevering.
- Contacten onderhouden met externe leveranciers en hun werken nauwgezet opvolgen.
- Je bent veelvuldig aanwezig op de locaties van de projecten en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking tussen Indigo en de leveranciers.
- Periodieke communicatie over de voortgang van het project
- Aansturen en opvolgen van leveranciers o Controle op interventietijden (al dan niet SLA) en kwaliteit
- Plaatsen van bestellingen
- Controle van facturatie
- Deelnemen aan periodiek overleg
- Je zorgt ervoor dat alle wettelijke verplichtingen zijn vervuld die betrekking hebben op gebouwen en bijhorende installaties.
- Toezien op de veiligheidsvoorschriften en milieuwetgeving.
- Je installeert de centrale systemen van onze gebouwen zoals toegangscontrole, inbraak en brand, netwerk en communicatielijnen,...
- Opstellen van de nodige documentatie van technische installaties
- Voorzien van opleidingen van nieuwe technische installaties voor medewerkers.
- Optimaliseren van de eigen processen en hierbij anticiperen op toekomstige noden en evoluties.
- Rapportering en opvolging van budget, KPI’s en SLA’s.
- Opvolgen van de noodzakelijke keuringen voor oplevering Plaats binnen de organisatie
- De Technical Project Leader rapporteert aan de Technical Director
