Responsibilities
- Develop the product roadmap in conjunction with technical and business leaders across the organization.
- Create user profiles and needs to help guide product planning.
- Manage the UI/UX design process with designers and front end developers.
- Collect & process product feedback from users
- Talk to project partners to understand developer needs for the organization's ecosystem.
- Help with use case development for novel technologies developed by organization
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Community teams to build and execute product/feature release/roll
- out plan

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year experience within a blockchain or DeFi company
- Familiar w/ Hardhat, Truffle, etc.
- Ability to communicate goals clearly and rally the team behind them
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Structured, process-driven with a curious and nimble mindset
- Familiar w/ Hardhat, Truffle, etc.
- Understanding of blockchain architecture and distributed systems, especially Ethereum
- Knowledge of the Ethereum and DeFi ecosystem:
smart contracts, web3 gateway, block explorers, wallets
