Operations Lead Gent Billy is de pionier in bestel & betaal software. Wij bouwen technologie die de hospitality wereld slimmer en efficiënter maakt. We zitten in een sterke groeifase, met internationale ambities en zoeken een Operations Lead die structuur brengt, processen opschaalt en ervoor zorgt dat onze klanten elke dag opnieuw een optimale ervaring krijgen bij het digitaal runnen van hun zaak.Dit is een sleutelrol voor iemand die ownership neemt over ons customer success & onboarding team van 4 personen. We zoeken iemand die graag meebouwt én niet bang is om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken, "lead by example" is jou niet vreemd en onze grootste en meest complexe klantencases ondersteun je rechtstreeks mee.Wat je gaat doenOperations & ProcessenJe bent verantwoordelijk voor het schaalbaar laten draaien van onze operationsJe leidt het Customer Success & Onboarding team (onboarding, support en account management)Je neemt end-to-end ownership van alles wat gebeurt na contractondertekeningJe zorgt dat onze klanten optimale support krijgen door onder meer gebruik te maken van een helpdesk, knowledge base, chatbot & AI support flows die correct gevoed en continu verbeterd wordenOnze markt groeit, Billy groeit dus het team groeit. Jij bepaalt mee welke profielen nodig zijn om de groei te ondersteunen en ons performant team verder uit te bouwen.Accounts & KlantenJe neemt zelf ownership over high-value key accounts Je stuurt het team aan met als doel dat onze klanten efficiënt en professioneel ondersteund wordenJe brengt structuur in klantcommunicatie en samenwerkingJe werkt actief aan klanttevredenheid en het vermijden van churnEfficiëntie & SamenwerkingJe detecteert waar zaken stroef lopen en zet verbeteringen om in actieJe brengt discipline in huidige flows en brengt nieuwe flows op basis van eerdere ervaringJe werkt nauw samen met de founders en andere teams, zo heb je invloed op productontwikkeling door concrete noden van klanten te vertalen naar het product team. Je bent de brug tussen het salesteam, de klanten en onze technologie. ReportingJe zorgt voor duidelijke en betrouwbare operationele reportingJe structureert tracking rond invoicing, onboarding, customer support en CRMJe gebruikt data om knelpunten en verbeterkansen te signalerenWie we zoekenJe hebt 5 jaar ervaring in operations (onboarding, CS, ...) in een SaaS- of tech-omgevingJe hebt een passie voor de hospitality wereld Je helpt in de transformatie van startup naar scale-up waar jij de leiding neemt in het bouwen van de processen.Je stuurt aan, maar kent het product zo goed zodat je zelf ook kan bijspringen en ondersteunen waar nodigJe communiceert helder, zowel intern als naar klantenJe neemt ownership en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor resultatenJouw enthousiasme en energie stroomt rechtstreeks over op je eigen team en onrechtstreeks op al onze klantenWat je krijgtEen sleutelrol vol verantwoordelijkheid met significante impact op het groeien van BillyDagelijkse samenwerking met de foundersVeel inspraak, autonomie en ruimte om processen & teams mee vorm te gevenEen snelgroeiende scale-up die met sterke brands zoals bv.
