Customer Service Team Lead

LYNX is looking for an experienced** Customer Service Team Lead **to lead our dynamic customer service team. As a pivotal figure within our organization, you will directly contribute to the success and satisfaction of our customers in the Belgian and French markets. Then read on **You'll Be Responsible For**: - Lead and manage the daily service operations, ensuring excellence in customer service and adherence to set KPIs. - Drive continuous process improvements, risk mitigation, and effective decision-making in service management. - Foster a collaborative environment, liaising with both internal teams and external partners. - Develop and mentor your team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous learning. - Ensure compliance with AML policies and maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial market developments. **Your Skills & Experience to Excel**: - Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Law, Mathematics, ICT). - At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within customer service or the financial sector. - **Excellent communication skills in Dutch** **and English (min.
