**About the role**

You will be responsible for the flawless management of the logistics services of one or more customers. You act as a liaison between the customer and internal departments or external stakeholders, ensuring that the correct data and schedules are available for the inbound-, orderpick-, VAL- and outbound process in the Warehouse and that customer specific agreements and requirements are met.

In addition to following up the daily service to the customer, you identify ambiguities and work with your manager and colleagues to develop procedures to improve the efficiency and quality of our service delivery.

**Other tasks**
- Monitoring (real-time), using the warehouse management system and/or transportation planning program and through internal and external coordination, the progress of the pick/pack process against customer agreements.
- Identify disruptions, inform customers and carriers of expected delays/changes;
- Functions as first operational point of contact for assigned customers and as lynchpin between customer and internal departments;
- Indicating potential problems/bottlenecks, thinking with the customers about the solution;
- Handling and passing on customer complaints.
- Where appropriate, providing input to projects to improve processes and work instructions.
