Findhu is looking for a dynamic and energetic **Customer service coordinator Import / Export**, who will integrate one of the market leaders in the consulting business in Belgium, working in Belgian

Are you ready for this challenge?

**Your day-to-day**
- Key tasks within Logistics - order management from receipt of order through to invoicing
- Organizing transportation for orders to customers
- Ensure economical and efficient service to our customers
- Problem-solving, complaint handling, and reporting
- Managing all export documentation
- Arranging/coordinating drop ships from supplier to end customer including back-to-back paperworkExpectations for the role:
**Your Best Skills**:

- +3 years of experience in the similar function
- Customer services experience
- Export/import knowledge and experience - Including experience with Letters of Credit
- Transport experience
- Experience in ERP system
- Good knowledge of the English language - Any other European language is a plus
- Logistics background - planning and scheduling experience is a plus
- Organized and accurate
- Can work under pressure
- Quick to learn
- Good problem-solving skills

*Attention: It´s a temporary opportunity for a year and need to live/move to Ghent, OV, Belgium

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Benefits**:
