**Your new position**
As a service center coordinator you follow up the process of ordering parts for the dealerships in Europe. You manage orders and advise customers on logístical and commercial solutions or alternatives. You work together with various departments to ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible, including sales and customer service. In addition, you actively think about improvements for the department and to further optimize services to customers.
**Your profile**
To be eligible for this position you have strong language skills in particular French, Spanish & Italian or a combination of French with one of the other languages. You are a team player, customer-oriented and love to give advice to customers. You are analytical and problem-solving. You work with flexible daytime hours, but you are also willing to occasionally work on a Saturday morning or in a late shift (10:30 am - 7:00 pm). There is also the option of teleworking.
