**Function**:
**Team Leader (2 Shifts) - Ghent/Evergem**

We are currently looking for a proactive and organized **Team Leader** to join our team in Ghent. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating daily logístical activities on the work floor. Together with a fellow team leader, you’ll oversee a large team of **warehouse workers and forklift drivers**, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

- Ensuring safe, efficient, and seamless execution of all logistics processes.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and driving optimization initiatives.
- Promoting effective communication and collaboration with other teams.

- Experience in a supervisory role, ideally within a logistics or production environment.
- Fluency in **Dutch and/or English**.
- A strong focus on **safety** in all aspects of your work.
- Experience as a **forklift driver** is a big plus
- Flexibility to work in **two shifts**: 6 AM - 2 PM and 2 PM - 10 PM
