Voor een nieuw magazijn in Gent zijn we opzoek naar gemotiveerde Team Leaders. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, opvolgen, efficiënt plannen en delegeren van de werkzaamheden in het magazijn.
Tot je takenpakket behoort onder andere:
- Het aansturen en coachen van een 10-tal magazijniers;
- De werkinstructie duidelijk overbrengen naar je team en opvolgen dat deze goed worden uitgevoerd;
- Het opvolgen van de voorschriften omtrent veiligheid, gezondheid, orde en netheid;
- Je staat mee in voor de stocktellingen, kwaliteitscontroles en communicatie met diverse afdelingen;
- Het proactief meedenken aan mogelijke verbetering en deze bespreken met je leidinggevende;
- Je rapporteert aan de Supervisor en vervangt de Supervisor in geval van afwezigheid.

- Je hebt oog voor resultaat en bent flexibel ingesteld;
- Je hebt een professionele kennis Engels;
- Je bent in het bezit van een heftruckattest
- Je a-kan vlot overweg om Office en WMS.
