We’re on the hunt for an **Engineering Lead** to take our tech team to the next level. You’ll be at the heart of innovation, guiding a talented group of engineers while shaping the future of our platform. If you’re passionate about technical excellence, mentoring others, and building scalable solutions, this role is for you

**Based in Ghent, with flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- ** Leading the way** - Define the technical strategy with our Head of Product & Engineering and drive its execution. You’ll design, develop, and deploy top-notch software solutions that scale #LeadTheWay
- ** Empowering the team** - Mentor, guide, and inspire engineers to reach their full potential. You foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous growth #UnitedByGrowth
- ** Optimizing processes** - Streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and ensure our engineering team operates at peak performance. Agile methodologies and CI/CD best practices? You’ve got them covered
- ** Innovating & scaling** - Tackle complex technical challenges, refine our data infrastructure, and future-proof our architecture.

**What makes you a great fit**:

- ** Tech-savvy leader** - 6+ years in engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. You’ve mastered our stack (TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, GraphQL, Databricks, Spark & Python) and have hands-on cloud scaling experience (Google Cloud).
