Director of Operations

**TechWolf is on a hyper-growth journey and our recent $43 million Series B fundraise has just supercharged that **We’re expanding fast, and as we scale globally, we need an Operations leader to build the central tech and operations backbone that will ensure smooth and efficient operations across the business.

**The Opportunity**

As Director of Operations, your first mission is to design TechWolf’s data, information and tech architecture, and to build and lead a dynamic operations team to manage our enterprise tools, data, and optimise business operations.

Reporting to the COO and working closely with the leadership team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our systems are lean, scalable, efficient and secure. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring operational excellence within the organisation, driving data-driven decision making and ensuring everyone has access to the information they need to operate at their best

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Lead the design and implementation of scalable operation frameworks**:you’ll start with the design and implementation of TechWolf’s data, information and enterprise architecture, ensuring it aligns with our vision and supports future growth and scalability.
- ** Oversee internal tooling and processes**: Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimisation of new tools. Ensure seamless integration across all platforms, delivering value and efficiency across functions.
- ** Manage data and operational metrics**: develop and implement processes to ensure data integrity, accessibility and security, and ensure the organisation establishes knowledge management systems that allow the organisation to make data-driven decisions.
- ** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows**:drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes across the company. Collaborate with functional leaders so that business systems and processes are scalable; and that it’s clear how users and teams can interact with our data, information and systems.
- ** Build and lead a high-performing operations team**: Hire, develop and lead a high-performing operations team, that will manage the company’s tech stack, data management and knowledge systems.

**Who you are**
- Passionate about efficiency and productivity, with a love for technology and innovation.
- You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills and have a strategic mindset.
- Collaboration and communication come naturally to you; you’re great at aligning multiple stakeholders across functions and influencing at all levels of the organisation.
- You have a strong track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Expertise in project and program management, with the ability to create and execute strategic roadmaps.
- You understand enterprise architecture, data management, and the tooling/technology infrastructure required to support a growing company.
- You're based in Belgium and excited to work together with the TechWolf team in our Ghent office at least three days per week.
- You ideally have a blend of IT and business operations experience. Experience with data analysis and working with BI tools is a big plus.
- Ideally, you have proven experience in process optimization and operational excellence in a growing company or experience in designing and implementing operating models.
