Director of Product

We are looking for a **Director of Product** to build and scale a world-class product management team and a product process that **enables our teams to move faster, experiment more efficiently, and drive impact at scale.** Reporting to the **Chief Product Officer**, you will play a critical role in **translating our product strategy into execution**—ensuring our teams can **test, learn, and deliver customer value with velocity.**

This is not just a **product execution** role—this is a **leadership** role. You will be responsible for **developing and coaching product managers, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring we set the bar high for what great product looks like.**

**What you'll do**:
**1. Build & Scale Best-in-Class Product Execution**:

- Define and implement **product management best practices** to improve speed and efficiency. You will champion a culture of **experimentation**, ensuring teams can **test hypotheses, gather insights, and iterate quickly**.
- Establish **repeatable product frameworks** for discovery, prioritisation, experimentation, and delivery.
- Introduce **metrics-driven decision-making**, ensuring teams are optimising for impact in how we prioritise and build product.
- Implement **rapid feedback loops** with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Drive alignment with engineering and design to improve execution speed and efficiency.

**2. Lead & Develop Product Managers**:

- Coach and develop **a team of high-performing product managers**, ensuring they are growing in their craft.
- Foster a culture of **curiosity, learning, and accountability**—ensuring we consistently ship world-class products for our Enterprise customers.
- Ensure product managers have clear **ownership, autonomy, and accountability** within their areas.

**3. Drive Cross-Functional Execution**:

- Work closely with **engineering, professional services, customer success, and go-to-market teams** to streamline collaboration.
- Align teams around a **clear vision and priorities** while ensuring flexibility to adapt based on learnings.
- Improve **decision-making processes** to reduce bottlenecks and friction.

**Who you are**:

- ** Product Execution Excellence**: You have a proven track record of building and scaling world-class product management processes that improve speed, efficiency, and quality.
- ** Leadership & Team Development**: You have managed and coached product managers, helping them grow and drive high performance in their roles.
- ** Strong Cross-Functional Execution**: You are a strong operator, able to drive alignment across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- ** Test & Learn Mindset**: You have experience embedding a culture of experimentation, ensuring teams rapidly test hypotheses, gather insights, and iterate.
- You're fluent in **English**.
- You're **based in Belgium** and excited to work together with the TechWolf team in our **Ghent office at least three days per week**.
- You're willing to **t**ravel occasionally to our London office**.
