Chief Product Officer

YOUR IMPACT We're looking for a Chief Product Officer to lead the development and scaling of our Enterprise Platform. This role is for a strategic-minded person who can act as the vital link between our cutting-edge AI research and the real-world needs of our enterprise clients. This isn't a traditional IT product owner role. You'll be the voice of the customer for a product that is redefining what enterprise software can do. You'll work with our clients to solve their most complex challenges and then translate those needs into a clear product vision for our engineering teams. You will report to the CEO. - Own the Product Vision: You will work with business leaders and clients to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Platform. - Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary interface between the C-suite, our AI research and engineering teams, and key stakeholders. You'll translate high-level business problems into actionable user stories and technical requirements by using ideation and prioritisation techniques. - Manage the Backlog: Take full ownership of the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, technical feasibility, and client needs. You'll lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives and follow up on deliverables. - Champion Responsible AI: Ensure that all platform features and decisions align with our commitment to ethical development, including governance, privacy by design, and algorithmic fairness. - Drive Go-to-Market: Define product messaging, create sales collateral, and support product launches. You will be a key evangelist for our platform. - Monitor and Iterate: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and use data to guide continuous improvements and future iterations. WHY YOU - Product Expertise: You have a proven track record (5 years of experience) as a product manager in a successful SaaS or AI Platform organization where you grew the business and launched (different) software or AI products. - AI Acumen: You don't need to be an AI or ML engineer, but you must have a deep understanding of the latest agentic architectures and understand the new architectural paradigms, and especially the limitations and opportunities. - Technical Fluency: You're comfortable discussing technical concepts with engineers and can understand the underlying architecture of a complex enterprise software platform. You are used to working with agile methodologies. - Business Savvy: You have a strong grasp of enterprise business models, particularly in regulated industries, and can articulate how our platform delivers tangible value. You are disciplined in managing a backlog with features that drive business value and are experienced in elaborating strategic roadmaps. - Stakeholder management: You are an exceptional communicator and can effectively present complex ideas to diverse audiences, from technical experts to C-suite executives. You have the ability to solve conflicts and align different stakeholders. - Problem-Solving: You possess a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset and can effectively manage conflicting priorities to drive the product forward.
