**Do you dispose of**
- Event experience and organizational skills
- Understanding of communication tools and techniques
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral;
- Fluency in Dutch, French or English and good command of the other languages
- Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel);
- Project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and focus
- A collaborative and team-mindset
- Flexibility and proactivity in taking on assignments and responsibilities
- An eager to learn

**Your responsibilities**:

- Designing, follow up and facilitate employee events (set objectives, execute events, coordinate measurement and follow-up).
- Propose creative ideas to generate employee engagement and company pride
- Assist with ad-hoc internal & event communications projects
- Support the communications team on a daily basis: You will work closely with a number of internal colleagues (communication, brand, sponsoring, marketing, business), as external suppliers (event organisers, etc.) in order to implement our events in a successful way
- Any other project, based on our needs and your preferences or experience.
