Within Capgemini Cybersecurity it is our mission that customers can not only develop and operationalize their security strategy, but also see it as a way of working. In this way, security risks are minimized and security services developed that are the drivers in the digital transformation of our customers. As Sr. Cybersecurity Strategy Consultant you are responsible for: - managing and coaching the Security Strategy team;- further developing the Security Strategy portfolio, which of course must be future-proof;- business development;- leading and executing Security Strategy programs;- Guide Capgemini to become the market leader in Security Strategy. Skills and Requirements: As a thought leader in the field of Security Strategy, you are a visionary and you want to disseminate knowledge both internally and externally. You are an authority in the field of Cybersecurity Strategy. You have a helicopter view of the various services within Cybersecurity and you know how to make a difference for our customers. What helps you with that?- you know how to respond to developments in the market, the needs of our customers and changes in legislation and regulations;- you know how to hold your own in "politically" complex environments;- you have a strong affinity with digital transformation;- you have a commercial drive. In addition, you bring: - an HBO or WO bachelor's degree (strict requirement), preferably in IT or business administration;- at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of Security Strategy;- experience in consultancy;- broad knowledge within the cyber security domain;- preferably one or more security-related certifications (for example CISSP, CISM and / or ISO27001) or willing to obtain them.
