Brussels | UI Designer | Insurance company | Leader | FR or NL - EN | 1087555** Your new job** Support the Team in shaping the delivery and forward-looking UI direction for the brand’s products, ensuring it’s in line with the strategy. Work collaboratively with UX to user test both flows and new UI designs. Analyse results and review designs appropriately. You help to maintain an efficient design delivery process, through regular clear communication with delivery teams and consistently delivering to schedule. Visual design production including layout and composition, branding, information graphics, icons, typography, colour, image manipulation and original artwork creation are part of your responsibilities. You will develop and maintain the pattern library to ensure design consistency across the business. **What you need to succeed** You have the **ability to share your design capabilities **with those around you and be comfortable with the responsibility for developing more junior members of the team. You are comfortable with **speaking with clients and identifying their needs.** You demonstrate a knowledge and desire to investigate, innovate and develop emerging design, UI and technology trends. **Figma & Adobe Design products**, sketching and multi-platform responsive design have no secret for you. Usability and accessibility, collaborative approach to design are your drivers.
