**Function description**

You will contribute to the end-to-end UX/UI flow design for features and products by:

- Translating business and user needs into flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Designing all screens and states with attention to hierarchy, accessibility, and consistency.
- Documenting processes, flows, and specifications to ensure clarity for developers and testers.
- Iterating designs based on feedback and research.
- Collaborating with developers to ensure quality implementation and consistency.

**Required experience / knowledge**:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience

**Technical experience**
**Mandatory**:

- Solid experience in UX/UI design for mobile native apps and responsive web.
- Strong proficiency with Figma and comfort working with design systems.
- **Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)**and experience designing inclusive user experiences.**
- **Ability to design interactive physical interfaces (on-site kiosks, dealer platforms, or similar interfaces).**

**Preferable**:

- Ability to document and present designs clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows and comfort working in a scrum environment.
- Some technical awareness (front-end constraints, feasibility).

**Business experience**

**Mandatory**:

- Experience working in large, complex organizations with many stakeholders (e.g. governmental, political, or corporate institutions).

**Preferable**:

- exposure to web banking, knowledge of the banking environment in general
- affinity with the fast evolving online environment and its habits

**Soft skills**:

- Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven.
- Proactive and autonomous, but collaborative and open to feedback.
- Strong communicator: able to defend design decisions and listen to other perspectives.
- Empathetic and user-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, multi-squad environment.
