- Have an bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent education or market experience preferred.
- For this role we believe you need minimum 3 years of experience in Payroll preferably from a large scale company.
- Solid knowledge of Belgian Social Legislation Laws
- Are self-driven, able to work independently and are motivated in finding new solutions, but also like collaborating in a team.
- Have proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment required.
- particularly in Excel. - Are structured and organized with a hands-on approach - you make things happen in a simple way.
- Feel passion for people and business and like to work in a complex, constantly changing, international environment.
- Are fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and good level of English.

**Your responsibilities**In the role as Total Rewards Specialist you will:

- Work with company database programs to optimize & process payroll.
- Manage the payroll from A to Z to comply with deadlines.
- Leading the payroll of a Unit store and it’s stakeholders (P&C HR & People Planners)
- Maintain personnel database regarding salaries.
- Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget and expense.
- Prepare periodic payroll reports for review by management.
- Provide payroll expertise towards payroll specialists in Community of Expertise team.
- Support towards organization - a shared responsibility in the team).
