Na een kick-start programma werk je mee aan projecten met één doel voor ogen: de efficiëntie bij verzekeraars en makelaars verhogen en de tevredenheid van de eindklant verbeteren. Welke opdrachten? - Implementeren, optimaliseren en migreren van core beheer applicatie - Optimaliseren en efficiënter maken van processen - Digitaliseren en robotiseren - ... **Wie ben je?** - Je behaalt of hebt onlangs een Master in een economische of wetenschappelijke richting behaald (economie, wiskunde, ingenieurswetenschappen, informatica, fysica,...) - Je bent analytisch, kritisch en nieuwsgierig - Je bent open en positief ingesteld en een echte teamplayer - Je hebt goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans **Wat mag je verwachten?** - Maak deel uit van ons Young Graduates Programma, dat speciaal is ontworpen om je op een leuke en leerzame manier klaar te stomen voor "het echte werk". - Geen grote, stugge organisatie maar een dynamische en vlakke organisatie met ruimte voor feedback en initiatief. - Close contact with our homebase team.
