Working with the team onsite in Brussels, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside some of the best in the business.

We are looking to recruit an intern to support the existing RPO team for one of our clients, Toyota Motor Europe, headquartered in Brussels.

Your Profile:

- Education: Bachelor or Master degree
- Passion for Human Resources
- Proficient written and verbal communicator in English (TME business language)
- Able to multi-task and detail minded
- Competent at self-organisation and time management
- Adept with MS office, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Your team and your responsibilities:
Part of the People and Innovation Function, this team is responsible for the recruitment and onboarding for Toyota as a mobility company in Europe.

The team is responsible for the A-to-Z recruitment cycle that involves collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation.

**Your project**

You will be a part of a personable and supportive team that collaborates closely with each other, stakeholders from across the business and externally to help us to realise our recruitment excellence.

Your role is to further action part of Hudson RPO/ TME’s onboarding roadmap.

Your tasks will include:

- Administration support
- Contract printing and coordinating signatures for newcomers and general managers
- Participating in current projects
- For example, Diversity, Inclusion and Equity
- Collaborate with recruiters on day-to-day activities
- For example, intakes, sourcing, interviews, etc
- Kaizen philosophy
- Improve current processes

**Place of employment**: Belgium - Brussels, Evere, Toyota Motor Europe, Head Office

**Starting date**: ASAP (October)

**Duration**: 3 to 4 months

**It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.**

**We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
