**We are looking for an experienced **Senior Penetration Tester** to join a strategic cybersecurity mission. You will work within a specialized team dedicated to protecting critical information systems in a highly secure environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **security design reviews and compliance audits**:

- Report findings to both **technical and executive stakeholders**:

- Draft **technical reports and risk mitigation plans**:

- Follow the **Responsible Disclosure Process** for vulnerabilities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and **support cyber exercises**:

- Participate in **daily scrum meetings** and **weekly sprint retrospectives**:

- Deliver **progress reports per sprint** and a **final closure report**

**Profile required**:

- Education & Experience:
- BSc in IT or equivalent experience (minimum 10 years in relevant fields)
- At least 3 years of experience in:

- Web and IT **infrastructure penetration testing**:

- **Security architecture** and **OS vulnerability assessments**:

- Using penetration tools/methodologies (e.g., Kali Linux, Metasploit)
- **UNIX/Windows system administration**:

- Scripting (Python, Go, PowerShell, Bash)
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of **cryptography**, **network protocols**, and **malware protection**:

- Ability to **evaluate risks** and **propose technical remediation**:

- Excellent **reporting and communication skills**
- Desirable Qualifications:
- Industry certifications**:OSCP, OSCE, OSWE, GPEN, GWAPT, GXPN, CREST**:

- Experience in **risk analysis frameworks**:

- Familiarity with **international military or civilian organizations**
- **Minimum B2 level in French** (spoken and written) is required.
- **SECRET-level security clearance** is mandatory.
- **EU citizenship** is required.

A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.

Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.
