Business Controller

Functieomschrijving
- Monthly closing and reporting package to Corporate
- Analyze variances between standard and actual costs
- Drive the implementation of the monthly profitability/costing analysis and provide monthly explanations of variances to management team and process owners
- Perform internal control of all financial procedures
- Accounting responsible of a small entity
- Update and improve the standard costing process
- Support Procurement and Supply Chain teams, measure performance and improvement
- Stock analysing and controlling
- Help the accounting and payroll departments in daily work when necessary
- Assist on specific projects in the controlling area

Your skills

We are looking for an individual who:

- Has strong accounting skills
- Has good analytical skills
- Is results and details oriented
- Is able to collaborate with a multi-department team
- Is experienced in working with ERP and is a skilled “numbers cruncher”
- Has good communication skills at all levels
- Has high ethical standards

Your background
- You have a Master degree
- You have ideally 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting/finance in an industrial company
- You appreciate a challenging position where your skills in terms of problem-solving will be appreciated
- You are an excel expert and of course familiar with Microsoft Office tools
- You are fluent in French and have a very good working knowledge of both written and spoken English

- Budgetten voorbereiden
De resultaten per eenheid, product of markt opvolgen
