Voor de hoofdzetel te **Leuven** kijken we uit naar een m/v die het Finance team wil versterken in de rol van **Accounts Receivable**.
**Jouw uitdaging**
Als **Accounts Receivable** ben je een belangrijke speler in het succes van het bedrijf en draag je bij aan een positieve klantervaring.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig en correct uitvoeren van de facturatie in ons ERP-systeem.
- Voorbereidende taken vallen hier ook onder: gereed melden van de urenregistratie, aanpassingen aan abonnementen en projecten.
- Je ondersteunt onze interne klanten, onze 26 lokale kantoren in Vlaanderen, in de facturatie flows, en bent het aanspreekpunt bij vragen over de facturatie.
- Je fungeert als back-up voor de medewerker debiteurenbeheer.
**Jouw profiel**
- Een relevant diploma of gelijkwaardig door werkervaring als facturatie medewerker.
- Werken met digitale tools is helemaal jouw ding.
- Verder hou je van een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde aanpak, in nauwe samenwerking met de collega’s.
- Je bent analytische ingesteld en komt vlot tot inzichten en verbanden
- Je kan goed omgaan met veranderingen en bent stressbestendig
- Je beheerst de MS office pakketten. (vnl. Word en Excel)
