**Change Manager - ADKAR**

**Job description**:

- Orchestrate, support, and implement change management strategies, transformation roadmaps, and change plans to support digital and agile transformation (impacting processes, technology, and people).
- Analyse the impact of change on people and teams.
- Contribute to the execution of change plans in collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve obstacles to transformation.
- Design and activate change communication plans to ensure transparency throughout the change journey.
- Support transformation pillars (core business, technology, value assurance) in their approach to change.
- Train teams in storytelling and effective communication of change impacts.
- Co-lead a team of Change Agents & Trainers.
- Support and activate training management strategies related to transformation projects
- **_Work environment:_** Dedicated Change team within the Knowledge & Competences entity, working in collaboration with project managers, HR business partners, and transformation stakeholders
- Work schedule: 40h/week, day work.
- Workmode: Hybrid
- **_Technical environment:_** Change management methodologies (ADKAR), business project management, organizational transformation, training and communication tools.
- **_Expected deliverables:_** Change management plans, transformation roadmaps, communication plans, training strategies, stakeholder engagement, and project reporting.

**Required profile**:
You have at least 5 years of proven experience in change management, with in-depth knowledge of methodologies, principles, and implementation.

You are passionate about transformation and have professional experience as a Change Officer, Change Manager, or similar role in large business/engineering/digital projects.

In order to carry out this assignment successfully, you must be proficient in:

- Methodologies: Change management methodologies (ADKAR - certification highly desirable), project management practices, training management, change communication.
- Business knowledge: Organizational transformation, digital/engineering/business project change management.
- ADKAR certification
