Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for complex, mission-critical environments? Sopra Steria is looking for a skilled **Consulting Project Manager -**Defense, Security & Justice**to lead and deliver transformative initiatives in the Defense, Security and Justice sectors. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive delivery from initiation through execution, ensuring quality outcomes for high-stakes clients. You will also play an active role in identifying new opportunities and shaping proposals, drawing from your professional network and Market insight.

**Your role**:
Business Development
- Understand tender specifications and respond to the needs and challenges of (future) customers
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and relevant Market contacts
- Actively support business development efforts by:

- Leveraging your network to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Contributing to bid writing, proposal development, and client presentations
- Helping position Sopra Steria as a trusted partner within your domain

Project Management
- Plan, coordinate and manage multi-phase consulting projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
- Identify project risks, anticipate challenges, and proactively manage client expectations

People Management
- Lead and motivate multi-disciplinary, multinational teams in fast-paced environments

**Qualifications** Experience**: 5-6 years in ICT consulting project/program management, ideally in the public sector or defense/security domains

**Education**: University degree in Business, Engineering, ICT, or a related field

**Certifications**: Recognised PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PM², Agile) are highly valued

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Consulting and Business-oriented mindset with an eye for growth opportunities
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving capabilities
- Comfortable working in multicultural, high-security environments

**Languages**:Fluency in Dutch and English is a must; French is a strong asset
