**Programmamanager** (Expert)
Ter continuïteit en verdere uitbreiding van het Dataplatform.
Voor de opdracht zal het bestaande datawarehouse worden omgezet van IBM DataStage en Oracle RDBMS naar een AWS-gebaseerd Snowflake datawarehouse met transformatielogica aangestuurd vanuit Fishtown Analytics DBT. De data-aanlevering zal gebeuren vanuit zowel on-premises als cloud-databanken (Oracle RDBMS, PostgreSQL). Initieel zal hiervoor gebruik gemaakt worden van de AWS Database Migration Service, met in een 2e fase de aansluiting van extra databanken (DB2) door middel van een te selecteren matuurder replicatieproduct (Attunity, Striim,).
- Hogere opleiding (Master of Bachelor) met technische/engineering achtergrond of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Aantoonbare ervaring in technische omgevingen waarbinnen de projecten zich situeren.
- Communicatie
- en klantgericht, bij voorkeur door aantoonbare voorbereiding/training.
- Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in infrastructuurprojecten of ontwikkelingsprojecten
- waarvan mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring in het leiden en begeleiden van projecten met totaalbudgetten van minimum 1000 K EUR.
- Capaciteit om meerdere individuele projecten te overzien, en de inhoudelijke verbanden tussen de diverse projecten te sturen en optimaliseren
- Taalvereiste: Nederlandstalig op Europees CEFR-niveau C2
- Projectbeheerstechnieken en tools kunnen hanteren (risicobeheer, issuebeheer,)
- Kennis van MS Project, MS Office (zoals PowerPoint, Excel,).
- Kennis van ITIL.
- Zeer goede kennis van de terminologie, organisatie, rollen en processen van de PM methodologie (bijv. Prince-2,PMI, PMBOK,), bij voorkeur aangetoond door certificatie. In staat zijn om ter zake expert kennis over te dragen
