In this position, we should deliver ground-breaking process improvements with confirmed business value by using data systems as well as translate user requirements into data solutions that can be used in our multi-purpose chemical plants. You will drive a culture of change and knowledge management to embrace new data systems and accelerate the change to a predictive plant.
Main responsibilities:
- In close collaboration with automation and IT supporting departments, make sure plant data systems are reliable and support current and future digital plant requirements.
- Lead a cross functional team across the different shifts and plants, and improve knowledge management of data-analytics and data systems.
- Stay on top of innovative technology trends and translate user requirements into a data solutions that can be used in our multi-purpose chemical plants.
- Drive a culture of change and accelerate the change to a predictive plant. Act as a change agent
- Deep understanding of plant automation systems like Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), real time data management systems (OSI-PI), Shift management tools to reduce cycle times Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, IT, data science or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry in process chemistry /chemical operations preferred
- Knowledge of process safety, GMP compliance, data integrity, data stacking, cyber security
- Deep understanding of plant automation systems like Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), real time data management systems (OSI-PI), shift management tools
- Experience in project management and leading agile sprints preferred
- Strong interest in developing and implementing new state of the art data tools which support accelerated data analysis and enhanced process understanding and control
- Passionate to work in a team and able to motivate people to join the digital transformation journey
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in English both verbal and in writing. Here’s what you can expect:
