**Functieomschrijving**

Als Technical Support & Software medewerker maak je deel uit van het Software Service departement en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de verantwoordelijke. Je staat in voor het installeren en opstarten van nieuwe klanten ter plaatste bij de klant. Ook voor de bestaande klanten zorg je voor de nodige ondersteuning en opvolging. Klantentevredenheid in samenwerking met jouw team vind je belangrijk en je streeft hierbij naar 100% perfectie.

**Verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Werkt nauw samen met het team.
- Denkt na over hoe problemen kunnen opgelost worden of geeft ze door met de nodige instructies. Doorgeven van problemen of instructies hoe dit kan opgelost geraken.
- Verzorgt de opvolging van tickets nauwkeurig op zodat klanten altijd spoedig feedback krijgen.
- Streeft naar een maximale input van eigen kennis en ervaring om zo via analyse en onderzoek professionele service te verbeteren.
- Geeft opleiding aan klanten.
- Doet de levering en installatie van hardware en software.
- Houdt nauwkeurig administratie up-to-date voor een vlotte samenwerking met andere secties binnen het Operations departement.
- Volgt dagplanning op de voet op
- Formuleert duidelijk in het CRM-systeem.
- Volgt lopende zaken op.

**Profiel**
- Goede beheersing Nederlands (Frans is een pluspunt)
- Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is een voordeel maar geen vereiste.
- Technisch vaardig met digitale toepassingen op Windows/Mac/Android/MS Office
- Gepassioneerd door software/hardware en leergierig op dit vlak
- Een echte teamspeler in een hecht, jong en dynamisch team
- In het bezit van een rijbewijs B
