As part of continuous growth and development of our European organization we are now looking for an experienced and talented
**Compliance and Supply Chain Specialist**

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with global compliance teams to maintain high compliancy standards
- Manage regional compliance mailbox to provide timely and satisfactory solutions to our employees
- Support employees to resolve issues with manifest filings quickly to reduce the risk of penalties
- Analyze if branches meet compliancy standards and escalate training opportunities or elevated risks to the Operations Support Team.
Work closely with the Operations Support Team to develop branch operations collaboratively
- Support the European sales force to sell Purchase Order Management to European customers
- Implement new Purchase Order Management customers in Europe
- Oversee the needs of European Purchase Order Management customers and work with global teams to deliver suitable and satisfactory solutions
- Work with employees to adopt Purchase Order Management processes in their daily work
- Contribute to establishing global uniform standards by writing customer and process specific SOP’s
- Analyze Purchase Order Management performance reports to identify training opportunities
- Work with Regional Operations Support Specialist to deliver training in line with uniform global standards and customer SOP’s
**What do we expect from you?**

**Required**
- 4+ years’ work experience in an operational forwarding role or a similar support role, of which preferably 2+ year with C.H. Robinson
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technology
- Motivated to strive for excellent customer service
- Ability to influence and motivate people to adopt change
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined but also a team player
- Decisive and comfortable working under pressure
- Being able to prioritize work based on impact to the network
- Flexibility to travel occasionally, up to 10% of the time
**Preferred**
- Passion for knowledge sharing and training of employees
- Experience with our Navisphere system and Purchase Order Management tool
- Some experience with security filings and procedures
- Fluency in another European language
