**FULL-TIME**What you will do- Define the academia product marketing strategy and roadmap, and drive its execution
- Support the execution of the 3D printing at the point-of-care product marketing strategy and roadmap
- Ensure effective sales enablement, performance monitoring, marketing alignment, and strategic launch planning for optimal product promotion and commercial success
- Facilitate strategic academic collaborations by identifying key partners, seeking synergistic opportunities based on research understanding and company strategy, and coordinating effective presence at relevant academic conferences
- You manage the Mimics Innovation Awards (MIAs), a yearly Materialise initiative that supports promising researchers who want to translate their research into patient care. You assemble and collaborate with the MIA jury.
- Your profile- You have a scientific or engineering background, a PhD is certainly an advantage
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- You hold a proven track record in expanding an academic market segment or have similar relevant experiences to show us
- You demonstrate the necessary skills and insights to develop marketing and market strategies
- Your network skills are well-developed; you can easily enter new environments
- Your presentation and communication skills are top-notch, and with this skillset, you can easily convince your stakeholders
- You have a can-do mentality, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a positive mindset
- You are willing to travel up to 20% to support the global sales team
