**YUST combines short and long-term stays, events, food and culture, located in creative and emerging neighbourhoods. **We’re looking for a creative and strategic marketing professional to take over the reins as Head of Marketing for all current and future YUST locations.

**ARE YOU THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?**
As the Marketing Manager, you’ll report directly to the CEO and be in charge of developing and implementing the marketing and communication strategies for YUST Group and its portfolio companies. Together with the Content Marketer, your main goal is to continue developing YUST as a brand, support with business objectives and lead the opening strategy for future projects.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ALL DAY**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies
- Collaborate with operational teams in the hotels & restaurants, as well as external partners to ensure a seamless execution of marketing initiatives both in-house and externally.
- Work in tandem with the sales departments to pursue the financial objectives of the business
- Create and rollout end-to-end marketing strategies across earned, owned and organic channels, ensuring the hotels' venues (F&E) remain top of mind for locals and guests alike
- Provide strategic advice to various departments, and senior management teams ensuring all business activities align with the Group's broader objectives
- Develop relevant partnerships and activations within the cities where YUST is located, ensuring continued growth and awareness of the brand.

**GOT THE SKILLS?**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, in a creative marketing or communication function, previous experience in hospitality or lifestyle marketing is a plus
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong communicator with a natural ability to connect with various departments and stakeholders
- You’re detail-oriented and commercially minded, your meticulous attention to detail and active involvement in projects will ensure the brand’s success
- Proven ability to think strategically, solve problems, and deliver revenue-driven results
- A hands-on-approach; you’re not afraid to get stuck in, collaborate on various initiatives and push for excellence in everything you do
- Collaborative leadership skills, you’re able to lead and motivate both in-house and external teams to achieve shared goals
- Agile and adaptive, you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
