The Architecture, IT Strategy & Program management (ASP) Chapter Area within Digital Transformation & IT (DTI) aims among others at providing Proximus with outstanding program and project management capabilities, enabling our business to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible to ensure that the business or technical projects (small at a first stage) are delivered on-time, on-scope, and on-budget through the use of the Proximus agile methodology while ensuring continuous alignment between the various stakeholders between the impacted squads.

As Junior Project Manager you engage in a journey, that will gradually increase your capabilities and skills. You will start with following some senior project managers in their day-to-day activities. This learning on the job from the best will enable you to quickly take up some small projects on your own. You will gradually evolve to managing complex, large scale and multi-year projects. This means that the ability to learn quickly is key and a bigger asset than coming with lots of experience.

As a young graduate, it is a great opportunity to get in touch with Proximus’ Telecom and ICT services by working in a cross departmental environment. It also gives you the opportunity to learn how Proximus implements new innovative products and/or processes. Not only from a technological perspective but also to get a view on cross departmental collaboration, go-to-market strategies, regulatory constraints and customer support challenges.

**Job content**
- The project manager is accountable for delivering his projects in time, on budget and in scope with the needed quality to ensure a successful launch.
- Plans and leads implementation of IT development initiatives.
- Adopt the agile methodology.
- Handles variances on planning, budget and scope and respects the project governance.
- Has a good understanding of the business drivers and the proposed technical solution to challenge teams.
- Efficiently communicates to the key stakeholders in the squad and on management level.
- Identifies risks and propose mitigation plans.
- Can deal with changes and adapts easily to changing environments.
- Can handle multiple projects of medium complexity in parallel.

Profile
- You hold a Master in Business Engineering, Science Engineering (Applied Sciences, Industrial Sciences or Civil Engineering), Applied Economics Sciences, Computer Science or Bioscience engineering.
- You recently graduated or you had a first professional experience.
- You have strong communication skills (written and verbal): actively listening and capacity to present an argumentation in a structured way.
- You have the capacity to plan and organize the necessary actions in an autonomous way.
- You are a born problem solver and have the capacity to negotiate with different kind of stakeholders.
- Customer's satisfaction is your priority and you have the adequate Agile mindset.
- You are a team player and you are able to interact with a variety of teams across the whole company.
- You are fluent (spoken and written) in English, Dutch and French.
- You are familiar with Office tools (Word, Excel, MS-Project and PowerPoint).
