HOIST is where your journey transforms into impactKey Responsibilities:Support and manage ERP / IT delivery projects across EuropeAct as a key point of contact between HOIST and the customerAssist in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverablesMaintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation following HOIST methodologyCoordinate internal teams and external stakeholdersMonitor project progress, identify and address issues, and mitigate risksTrack project resources and ensure optimal resource allocationPrepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholdersEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetSupport continuous improvement through lessons learned and feedbackContribute to a positive, collaborative team environmentMUST Have Experience & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experienceProject Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification or equivalent qualification Proven track record of delivering software implementation/upgrade projects on time and within budgetExperience working in client-facing rolesMUST Have Skills & Attributes:Good understanding of ERP systems or enterprise software environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesProficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office tools25%+ availability for travelFluent in English and French or DutchResiding and legally eligible to work in Belgium
