She Coordinator

Functieomschrijving
- You are responsible for the safety onboarding of contractors.
- You are the safety link between the contractors, the local site and the project team.
- You take care of kick off meetings, safety reporting and work permits.
- You are responsible for the permanent coordination of the relation with suppliers, subcontractors and clients.
- You establish review meetings, according to the requirements of the project.
- You establish good collaboration relations with different suppliers in order to solve all the problems that occurred during the performance of works, efficiently and in a timely manner.
- You communicate effectivly with the customer representatives (client internal stakeholders) in order to ensure quality requirements and follow the best practices in performing the tasks.
- You prepare periodic work progress reports and sending them to the superiors and beneficiaries.
- You inform the client regarding the work progress status.

Profiel
- Do you have a master’s degree (or equivalent by expierence) in Engineering (preferably in construction installation works or mechanical engineering)?
- Do you have a good knowledge of food industry, manufacturing and packaging processes, layout and tech-specs?
- Do you have a hands-on approach and are you good in people management?
- Do you communicate fluently in Dutch and English?
