Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?
- Samen met je collega's ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon en mail
- Je beantwoordt vragen over ons assortiment, het bestelproces, leveringen en facturatie
- Om onze klanten in één keer van een correct en volledig antwoord te voorzien, heb je veel contact met afdelingen als Sales, Marketing, Logistiek en Finance
- Je hecht veel waarde aan de begrippen 'ownership' en 'done-in-one', die centraal staan op de Customer Service
Wie zoeken wij?
- Je bent klantvriendelijk, hulpvaardig en resultaatgericht
- Je bent een flexibele teamspeler die ook onder druk het hoofd koel kan houden en snel kan schakelen
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en je bent communicatief vaardig, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Je hebt goede kennis van MS Office en ervaring met SAP is een pré
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse, Franse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
