**Dit zijn jouw voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden**:
Samen met de Marketing Directeur bepaal je de doelstellingen van je project en ontwikkel je een strategie om ze te bereiken. Je houdt de leiding over het project, stelt een 360° marketingplan op, en zorgt voor een efficiënte uitvoering. Je bewaakt deadlines en budgetten, stuurt leveranciers en projectmedewerkers aan, en bouwt sterke relaties op met partners en stakeholders.
- Je coördineert de administratieve en logistieke processen.
- Je bezoekt beurzen en netwerkbijeenkomsten om nieuwe kansen te ontdekken.
- Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt, zowel intern als extern.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van creatieve bureaus en persbureaus.
- Je zorgt voor een duidelijke communicatie met alle betrokkenen.
**Wie zoeken we?**:
- Je hebt mínimaal 4 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement en marketing, bij voorkeur in de evenementenindustrie.
- Je bent vlot tweetalig (NL/FR) en hebt uitstekende communicatie
- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
- Je bent proactief en kunt zelfstandig werken, zelfs onder druk.
- Je hebt een passie voor zowel digitale als traditionele media.
- Je bent resultaatgericht en houdt van teamwork.
