**About the role**

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious, Dutch-speaking Business & Data Analyst to join our team in Kontich, Antwerp. You will play a key role in guiding the growth of our portfolio companies, and collaborating with management to make smart, data-driven decisions.

**Your responsibilities will include**
- **Continuous improvement and management support**: identify opportunities for digital and IT optimization within our portfolio companies, that result in efficiency gains and data-driven decision making. Advice managers on impactful opportunities to pursue together.
- **Solution design and implementation**: design targeted solutions from identified areas, taking ownership of implementation whether independently or in collaboration with IT teams. Projects may include building Power BI dashboards, ERP implementations, and data analytics projects related to contribution margin and pricing.
- **Requirements gathering**:collect and document business requirements from portfolio and Companions management to ensure clarity of needs.
- **Stakeholder communication**:liaise effectively between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- **Data Analysis**:provide actionable insights through data analysis to support data-driven decision-making, fostering significant growth and smarter operations of our portfolio companies.

**You are the perfect fit if you**
- Hold a master's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, (Business) Engineering, or a related field, with an excellent academic track record;
- Have at least 2 years experience in a role such as data engineer, business analyst, software/enterprise architect, or functional analyst;
- Are passionate about data, tech and analytics;
- Are results-driven and motivated to go the extra mile;

- Want to achieve maximum impact and are hands-on;
- Are an out-of-the-box thinker, are bold and dare to disagree;
- Have a passion for winning and are convinced that winning is nicer as a team;
- Are fluent in both spoken and written **Dutch (strict requirement)**and English, French is a plus.
