Wie ben jij?
- Minimum 5 jaar ervaring in de Microsoft data-wereld:

- Azure SQL Database, Azure Managed Instance, Power BI, DAX, SQL, Azure DevOps, Azure Datafactory, Azure Synapse Analytics zijn geen onbekenden voor
- SQL Server, Integration Services, Analysis Services, Reporting Services doen een belletje rinkelen of heb je vroeger nog mee gewerkt
- Star Schemas, Dimensional Modelling (Kimball) and Self-Service BI toveren een glimlach op je gezicht
- Je kan zelfstandig een klein project inschatten, plannen, samen uitvoeren met één of meerdere collega's
- Je bent graag betrokken in presales trajecten en houdt ervan om een leuke demo in elkaar te boxen en te presenteren
- Uiteraard ben je gefascineerd door data, maar je bent ook een mensen-mens
- Je bent er van overtuigd dat empathisch buikgevoel en inzichten in HR data een magische combinatie is
- Qua persoonlijkheid ben je mensgericht en mik je op duurzame relaties op lange termijn met klanten en collega's
- Je hebt een growth-mindset
- Je hebt een gezonde interesse in technologie en de data-wereld
- De goesting om bij te leren is belangrijker dan je huidige technische bagage
- Voetjes op de grond, handjes uit de mouwen
- Je neemt je werk serieus maar vindt plezier op het werk minstens even belangrijk

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden?
- Je zal als consultant aan de slag gaan bij verschillende klanten
- Je wordt binnen Redmojo de technical lead, je tekent de technologische lijn en strategie van Redmojo uit. Ook bij onze klanten en de projecten pik je die rol op.
