To strengthen our **Global Planning team**, we are looking for a high caliber, self-motivated, **FG MPS Master Planner** based in **Braine l’Alleud, Belgium**

**You like to work in an environment **where you will be**:

- Ensuring products availability on markets and at TPA on-time and in-full
- Optimizing UCB supply chain costs through assets capacity optimization and inventory management
- Ensuring right-first-time new product launches execution
- To run the MPS for his/her dedicated assets to align production capacity to the global products demand, optimize inventory and asset usage for the company ;
- To issue Monthly feasible production plans to internal and external manufacturing partners by running RCCP supply processes;
- Ensuring that production plans are in line with previous production step availability;
- Is responsible to guarantee a good hand-shake and understanding of the plans with the sites (Capacity & Plan)
- Managing potential changes of plans in the frozen horizon
- Managing the supply risk on the short and mid-term horizon in collaboration with markets, GSL, finances, Vendors, QA and Master Planners;
- be the preferred point of contact of Suppliers and Customers on a daily supply operational standpoint
- manage supply CMO/internal site performances within the vendor teams: Measure, Analyze, Improve & Control to meet Customers OTIF targets
- Ensure the right data management execution in the supply process and system set-up for his/her dedicated assets and products.
- Run the MPS supply planning: Translate tactical SIOP plan into production plans at SKU’s level that are feasible at asset’s level
- Ensure supply process and system set-up to support and accelerate next UCB product launches on a operational planning standpoint (capacity, components availability, risk management)
- Represent the Global planning team within projects team aiming related to his/ her project portfolio

**Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience** **and** skills**:

- 5 years minimum of experience in Supply Chain with past proved experience in Planning activities
- Experience in SAP & OMP+ or demonstrated capability to adopt ERP systems in place
- Background in pharma Operations is a plus
- Analytical mindset, KPI and Result Driven
- Demonstrated Planning and constraint management capabilities
- Ability to learn fast within a complex environment
- Sensitive to the cost controlling dimension of the job
- Rigorous person, able to go from High view to very detailed view
- Ability to influence others at all level of the organization
- Capable of challenging ideas and providing Feedback in a constructive way
- Strong Team Player
