Supply Network Planner

To strengthen our **Supply network Operations team, **we are looking for a **SC operations professional**, self-motivated**, **Supply Network Planner** based in **Braine l’Alleud, Belgium or in Bulle** for managing the **Drug Substance Pharma** vendor portfolio.

**You like to work in an** **environment **where you will**:

- Act as Supply Chain operations manager, including production **MPS planning** (in OMP+), capacity and performances management for a subset of the global CMO network for the Drug Substance Pharma portfolio
- Drive **performance to supply** of the production nodes (vendors) by orchestrating internally and externally execution of SC operations (including MPS planning, input to SIOP capacity management) on operational and tactical horizon (18M+) of commercial and late-stage development products supply.
- Have a permanent seat the different **vendor teams** led by External Manufacturing Operations lead along with vendor quality lead. You will represent Supply Chain operations into that virtual team and be accountable for steering GSC related initiatives. You will take accountability of monitoring and managing performances to supply of the production nodes under your responsibility.
- Optimizing UCB supply chain costs through assets capacity optimization and inventory management
- Ensure right-first-time new product launches execution
- Be the go-to person in GSC for all questions related to productions nodes (CMO) under your responsibility.
- Ensure that production plans are in line with customer requirements, stock policies and E2E SI&OP planners’ constraints (Products phase in phase out, Life cycle management, etc,)
- Identify gaps between production and capacity, find solutions with local planners and escalate to S&OP level if required
- Update the system for his/her dedicated assets-based plan calculated at tactical level

**Interested? For this position you’ll need the following** **education, experience** **and** skills**:
You will need to demonstrate 10 years minimum of experience in Pharma operations or equivalent (Supply Chain planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, managing relationship) with past proved experience in dealing with complex network of partners in a dynamic Supply chain environment.
