**Mission**:
In our industry where innovation is essential to our success, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solution will play a key role in supporting the next generation of products, at a lower cost and with a better time to market.

The mission of the PLM Application Owner is to contribute to the implementation of a state-of-the-art CAD & PLM solution to enforce Product Lifecycle Management.

His/her role consists of the coordination of all PLM Key Users across 3 Business Units and across several departments (Engineering, Industrialization, Manufacturing and Service).

Based on their expertise he/she will help to (1) develop, (2) build and (3) maintain an efficient Product Lifecycle solution.

**Challenges we will trust you with**:

- Development:

- Drive the Key Users in translating their business needs into process workflows.
- Provide the technical requirements to the software editor and supervise the testing phase
- Coordinate the PLM Key Users (10 persons)
- Ensure that the products’ deliverables fulfill the business needs and are compliant with our processes
- Post go-live:

- Be accountable for the business value of the solution (through the capture and implementation of the user stories)
- Define the future functionalities of the CAD & PLM solution,
- Lead the continuous improvement of the solution
- Own and create the solution roadmap and
- Manage the associated budget.

**What we value**:

- Engineering degree
- More than 5 years of experience in industrial environments
- A first successful experience in Project Management
- Good understanding of Product Lifecycle
- Analytical thinking
- Good listening skills and assertive communicator
- Fluency in English and French
- Analytical thinking

- Experience with CAD & PLM solutions
- Lean management / Value Stream Mapping
- Experience in digital transformation projects
- Certification in Project Management
