Nous recherchons un.e **Customer Service Advisor** pour compléter l’équipe dynamique d’une entreprise située en région liégeoise,
Dans le cadre de cette fonction vous serez amené.e à:
- Fournir la meilleure expérience à aux clients en analysant leurs besoins et en leur proposant activement des solutions ;
- Traiter les appels entrants relatifs à des questions de législation sociale et transférer au gestionnaire de dossier si nécessaire ;
- Promouvoir les services de l’entreprise ;
- Gérer les tâches administratives et être un soutien au bon fonctionnement de l’équipe.

**Profile**
Le profil recherché est le suivant:
- Vous êtes diplômé d’un bachelier en droit ou vous justifiez une première expérience en légalisation sociale ;
- Vous possédez une excellente maîtrise du français, une bonne connaissance de néerlandais est un atout ;
- Vous êtes résistant au stress, faites preuve de patience et communiquez avec aisance ;
- Vous possédez une orientation commerciale et aimez travailler en équipe.
