- Management en ondersteunende diensten
- Je coacht, motiveert en stuurt een zestal administratieve medewerkers die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de optimale service en administratie van de trainingen.
- Je zal samen met je team zorgen voor een kwalitiatieve dienstverlening en stuurt een aantal procedures bij voor een vlotte samenwerking en afhandeling van de certificaten.
- Je ondersteunt bij de uitbreiding van het trainingsaanbod: je doet voorstellen, werkt mee aan offertes en projecten en bekijkt nieuwe mogelijkheden, ook vanuit commercieel oogpunt.
- Je hebt vaak contacten met de lesgevers en de leveranciers om een optimale service te garanderen.
**Wat we zoeken**:
- Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie en je krijgt energie van het coachen van een team.
- Je hebt een bachelor diploma of bent intussen gelijkwaardig door je werkervaring.
- Je hebt goede kennis van zowel het Nederlands en het Frans, zowel mondeling en schriftelijk.
- Je bent ervaring met trainingen en/of learning en development en volgt de evoluties in dit vakdomein.
- Je bent vlot met de PC zoals excel en word en idealiter kennis van een Google omgeving: gmail, google docs en sheets etc.
