Hologic is successful and growing, and we are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to help us support and deliver that growth in Belgium and the Netherlands. We use the term HR Operations to describe the team that works closest with our managers and employees on a day-to-day basis. The HR Operations team is foundational to our HR performance, and therefore our team success. Through their local knowledge, HR expertise, responsiveness, stakeholder management and efficiency we aim to deliver a superb manager and employee experience.
In order to support HR Operations we are fortunate to have excellent centres of expertise that we can call upon - including HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Reward and Talent & Performance. So while we need you to be a very capable generalist, we will support you as needed with fantastic specialists who operate at the top of their game.

What might your day-to-day look like?
- Acting as ‘point person’ for the leaders based at the Liege and Zaventem sites, and being accessible to the field-based teams, as it relates to all HR matters. You will be their dedicated, trusted advisor and either support them directly, or invite one of your colleagues from our COEs to help.
- You will help your stakeholders manage performance - everything from advising on recognition to supporting them address gaps in performance.
- Local employees will rely on you and your team to answer their employment questions.
- You will be responsible for local payroll and you will partner with our third-party payroll providers to transact several payrolls in the region.
- You will be the local face and voice for the International Human Resources team including leading onboarding, and collaborating regularly with HR Business Partners, TA and Reward. You will embody what an outstanding professional and functional manager is.
- Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, you will be part of a great team of HR Operations Managers across EMEAC. We will want you to contribute to the combined expertise, project work and of course fun of this community.
- We want to see your proven record of generalist HR management.
- As a global team we operate in English, so proficiency is required. In addition, you will ideally be fluent in French, and fluency or working knowledge of Dutch would be a real bonus.
- You will understand and have an excellent working knowledge on social legislation and mobility issues such as non-resident tax status in the markets you support.
- You will have line management experience, or be able to convince us that you have what it takes to successfully manage a team.
