**Your responsibilities**:

- Take charge of coaching and supervising junior auditors, helping them develop their skills and providing constructive feedback to foster their growth.
- Get involved in understanding client processes, mapping business and audit risks, and crafting tailored audit strategies.
- Evaluate management assumptions and estimates to ensure their relevance and compliance with regulations, while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze and improve the design and effectiveness of financial administration and control measures across various systems and workflows.
- Conduct both historical and predictive financial analysis, leveraging data such as budgets and key performance indicators to provide valuable insights.
- Dive into process mining and data analysis to understand accounts, portfolios, and registries more deeply.
- Keep clients aligned with evolving regulatory frameworks such as IFRS, BGAAP, Economic Law, and Company Law.
- Participate in advisory projects that match your expertise and interests, while also assisting in client development and proposal creation.

**About you**:

- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in fields like Commercial Engineering, Economic Sciences, Mathematics, Law, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for breaking down complex concepts into clear, simple explanations.
- Fluency in Dutch with good English communication skills. French is a plus.
- Expertise in financial analysis and audit regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and other relevant software.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to guide and support team members.
