**Support the growth** of a **leading Belgian fintech company** with **global European activities**. In their **Brussels’ office**, you will join a team known for its dynamic culture, innovation-driven mindset, and commitment to **professional growth**. As Business Controller, you will act as the **sparring partner of the group’s CFO**, supporting strategic decisions, and improving working processes.
**Senior Business Controller - Your Tasks**
- **Manage financial performance** across multiple entities through clear, accurate, and insightful reporting.
- **Design and enhance dashboards** using BI tools to deliver real-time financial visibility.
- **Drive budgeting and forecasting cycles**, providing actionable insights that influence company direction.
- **Partner with business teams** to translate financial data into growth-oriented strategies.
- **Improve internal controls and finance processes**, fostering efficiency and reliability.
- **Own the KPI framework**, ensuring financial and operational metrics drive continuous improvement.
**Senior Business Controller - Your Profile**
- At least **5 years of experience** in Controlling or FP&A.
- **Master**in Economics, Management Science or related field
- Fluency in **English and either French or Dutch** is a must. Knowledge of the second language is considered a strong asset.
- Strong experience in **ERP and financial tools** such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel
**Senior Business Controller - Your Package**
