Dankzij je passie voor mode baan je moeiteloos je weg door de gevarieerde, rijke materialen en weet je als geen ander welke tinten complementeren. Die kennis geef je dan ook door aan je team, zodat elke klant optimaal geholpen wordt: gesofisticeerde ensembles gegarandeerd. Je bent sterk in leiding geven en weet perfect hoe je onze boetiek naar een hoger niveau kan tillen, rekening houdend met de gestelde targets en onze waarden. Onze pure, elegante collecties zijn helemaal jouw ding.

UITDAGINGEN
- Je draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid van de boetiek en zet je gedreven in voor het behalen van de vooropgestelde targets.
- Je fungeert als ambassadeur van Gigue en zorgt voor het nastreven en uitdragen van onze merkwaarden.
- Je coacht het team voor een optimale klantenservice.
- Customer Intimacy staat voor jou centraal.
- Je volgt de KPI’s nauwkeurig op en kan vlot schakelen om doelstellingen te behalen.
- Je helpt onze klanten de perfecte outfit te bekomen aan de hand van persoonlijk stijladvies.
- Je staat in voor de stockopvolging en -beheer.
- Je rapporteert met regelmaat aan de lokale District Manager.
- Je zorgt voor het optimaliseren, uitbouwen en behouden van het bestaande klantenbestand.
